Hi there, my name is Laura and I became interested in eating in a way more appropriate for my health and body after training with Vision Personal Training in 2010/11.

Over the last few years I have refocused on finding the recipes that are right for me... to help me train and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Enjoy!

When attempting to lose weight my daily allowance is:
Carbs: 86g, Protein: 126g, Fat:32g
